Our Policy
RESERVATIONS

We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time for your services.

New clients are asked to kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form.

We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are holding a gift certificate, please provide the voucher number in order to hold the appointment time.
LATE ARRIVAL

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before said appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee is dependent upon the service(s) missed, but no more than $50.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
