Our Policy

 

RESERVATIONS

  • We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time for your services. 

  • New clients are asked to kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form.

  • We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. If you are holding a gift certificate, please provide the voucher number in order to hold the appointment time.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before said appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the cancellation fee is dependent upon the service(s) missed, but no more than $50.

  • We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

  • All offers are valid from Friday, November 29, through Sunda, December 1, 2023, or while supplies last.

  • Discounts apply to retail products only and exclude services.

  • Tiered Discounts:

    • Spend $150, get 10% off.

    • Spend $250, get 15% off.

    • Spend $350, get 20% off.

  • The DreamSkin Hydration Kit is included in the tiered discount and counts toward tiered thresholds.

  • Jane Iredale products remain 50% off and are included in the tiered discount calculation.

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
